Hi! I am Oswald Codjoe, a graduate student at the Department of Political Science at Washington University in St Louis. I am a political comparativist and theorist. My research areas of interest include political institutions, political culture, and democratic consolidation. And my geographic focus is Sub-Saharan Africa. Specifically, I'm interested in the influence of both formal and informal institutions on political outcomes in the region. Prior to St. Louis, I completed my undergraduate studies in Financial Economics and Political Science at University of Rochester in 2014. Also, I worked with leaders in the public policy space and the private sector.
